By Jonathan Underhill Dec. 5 (BusinessDesk) - The New Zealand dollar fell against the greenback after PM John Key said he will step down and rose against the euro after Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi said he would resign after losing a referendum on constitutional reform. The kiwi dollar fell to 70.98 US cents as at 5pm in Wellington, from 71.18 cents at the start of the day and from 70.96 cents in Asia at the end of last week.
