By Jonathan Underhill June 8 (BusinessDesk) - The New Zealand dollar rose above 70 US cents for the first time in a month ahead of the Reserve Bank's monetary policy statement tomorrow, which is expected to keep rates unchanged though with the market broadly split on whether a cut is on the cards. The kiwi traded at 69.98 US cents as at 5pm in Wellington, from 69.24 cents late yesterday. The trade-weighted index advanced to 74.33 from 73.75 yesterday.
