By Paul McBeth Dec. 21 (BusinessDesk) - The New Zealand dollar gained as investors were drawn to the country's comparatively high interest rates ahead of the holiday period, with light trading volumes expected for the next couple of weeks.  The kiwi rose to 67.48 US cents at 5pm in Wellington from 67.24 cents at 8am and 66.91 cents on Friday in New York.
