NZ dollar heads for 1.4% decline in short week as traders rethink Fed rates

By Paul McBeth March 24 (BusinessDesk) - The New Zealand dollar is heading for a 1.4 percent fall this week as traders reassess their view on the outlook for US rates after several Federal Reserve officials were more upbeat about the world's biggest economy.  The kiwi fell to 66.98 US cents from 67.94 cents on Friday in New York last week, and down from 67.07 cents at 8am and 67.35 cents yesterday.
