By Jonathan Underhill March 27 (BusinessDesk) - The New Zealand dollar was little changed against a slightly weaker US dollar after US president Donald Trump failed to win enough support to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act known as Obamacare, raising questions about his ability to deliver policy reforms. The kiwi traded at 70.23 US cents as at 8am in Wellington from 70.27 cents in late New York trading on Friday. The trade-weighted index slipped to 76.18 from 76.26.
