By Jonathan Underhill Nov. 11 (BusinessDesk) - The New Zealand dollar was little changed ahead of the Reserve Bank's financial stability report tomorrow, which may include some comment on restrictions on low-equity loans having done their job. The kiwi traded at 77.49 US cents at 5pm in Wellington, from 77.54 cents at the start of the day and from 77.87 cents yesterday. The trade-weighted index weakened to 76.89 from 77.01 yesterday.
