By Rebecca Howard Aug. 24 (BusinessDesk) - The New Zealand dollar was virtually unchanged but remained at risk of falling further after breaking through some key levels ahead of the central bankers' symposium in Jackson Hole.  The kiwi traded at 72.23 US cents as at 5pm in Wellington from 72.25 US cents as at 8am in Wellington and  72.31 US cents late yesterday.
