By Paul McBeth March 11 (BusinessDesk) - New Zealand house sale prices and turnover rose in February from a year earlier as Auckland's cooling property market stoked interest across the rest of the country. The median sale price increased 4.7 percent in February to $450,000 from the same month a year earlier, while the number of properties sold was up 18 percent to 7,291, according to the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand.
