NZ unemployment rate tumbles to decade-low 3.9%

The New Zealand dollar rose. The seasonally adjusted unemployment rate fell to 3.9 percent in the three months ended Sept 30 from 4.4 percent in the June quarter, Statistics New Zealand said in its household labour force survey.
