Oji Holdings cleared to acquire CHH Pulp & Paper

Aug. 1 (BusinessDesk) - Japan's Oji Holdings Corp has been granted antitrust approval to acquire Carter Holt Harvey’s pulp, paper and packaging businesses from billionaire Graeme Hart.
