Cavalier Corp, the last remaining member of the IPO class of 1984, is struggling.             This is a sad development because the carpet company, which has been led by Tony Timpson and Grant Biel, was arguably the cream of the 33 new NZX listings in 1984.They included Allan Hawkins’ Equiticorp Holdings, Craig Heatley’s Rainbow Corp, Frank Renouf’s Renouf Corp, and Chris Castle’s Charter Corp.Cavalier now has a market value of only $21.3 million, compared with $44.2 million at the end...
