One of the challenges facing World Rugby is how to fit the USA Eagles into the mooted Nations Championship league. Right now, the United States team doesn’t even feature in discussions around the 12 international teams to form two conferences. The Six Nations partnership obviously shuts them out, so the Eagles would need to be one of the two teams added to the Sanzaar conference.
