Weather is a bit of a national obsession in NZ, but it is probably fair to say we all wish we had less to discuss right now.Top of the weather conversation starter list are the events of last Tuesday where it was sometimes hard to tell if the emergency response was making things better or worse in Auckland. An alert went far and wide asking people, who could, to get home.
