It's hard to see any signs of a slowdown in the housing market; prices rose in every district to new records on a monthly and three-monthly basis and also reached annual records everywhere but Gisborne/Hawkes Bay.Prices in the latter region were still up an eyewatering 32.6% in the year ended June, according to the Real Estate Institute's house price index (HPI).That was above the nationwide 29.8% annual increase and sales volumes were the strongest for the month of June in five years at 7,345, as well as up 4.9% from May in seasonally...
