Oji Fibre Solutions’ plans to close the Penrose and Kinleith mills have a whiff of Chicken Little about them, but only a hint.  The operations at those particular mills might well be unprofitable, but multinationals can usually cherry-pick numbers when they really want to do something and often a little red ink in one area is more than made up for with a glut of black ink elsewhere.  The problem with that, as the 230-odd Oji staff who may soon be out of work are finding, is that when the tide turns it goes out pretty q...
