There is a tendency for many, including businesspeople, to assume that the best interests of business are served by having a “right” rather than a “left” coalition government later this year.I think this is a lazy and potentially damaging assumption, and I will try to set out why.The polls suggest that our next government will be some kind of coalition (set aside the various ways this can be established).
