A new report into the liquidation of Hamilton-based Pacific Aerospace has creditors’ claims at $41.2 million, with $35m of this related party debt.The aircraft company, which had a 70-year history and employed 93 people, was moved into liquidation on March 8, having been in interim liquidation from Feb 12.It is not yet clear what the creditor shortfall will be, as liquidators Steven Khov and Kieran Jones seek to sell off parts of the aircraft business but are contending with Overseas Investment Office issues.When liquidators were appointe...
