Developers have made several unsolicited bids to buy and develop one of the last super lots in a Christchurch rebuild project. As BusinessDesk reported this week, Crown Infrastructure Delivery (CID) currently has a tender on the Government Electronic Tender Services (Gets) website for an agent to market and sell three land parcels.One of the lots, a 4,828sqm site with a rateable value of $5.97 million between Worcester and Gloucester streets, is part of the East Frame residential anchor project, which spans several blocks along Manchester...
