Golf NZ takes a swing at Auckland council over golf plan

Golf New Zealand has threatened the Auckland council with legal action over its Golf Investment Plan, saying its development had followed a poor process and there had been multiple “legal errors”.It wants the council to form a working group with the sporting body and other relevant parties, to come up with a new plan.Meanwhile, the council says it's satisfied the process it has followed is sound, but it will be opening up consultation again after it received new information about one of Golf NZ’s biggest concerns.The Auckl...
