The government will charge $3,100 per person for some returnees for managed isolation, Minister of Housing Megan Woods said. While more than 30,000 people have stayed at a managed isolation facility or quarantine since March and the government has committed $418 million for the next six months, its current forecasts indicate the money will run out by October.
