Negotiations between the government and the bevy of contractors building the billion-dollar Transmission Gully highway north of Wellington will drag on for another four weeks.The New Zealand Transport Agency will make a further advance payment of $5 million to keep the winter programme running on the 27-kilometre road running through to Aug. 7.
