India’s Commerce Minister, Piyush Goyal, has told a business audience in Rotorua he sees no reason New Zealand and India can “10x” their bilateral trade and boost investment flows, too.“We are about a US$1.2 billion ($2.12b), US$1.3b, in terms of bilateral trade.
