Coalition negotiations are moving into a new phase: ministerial horse-trading.  National party leader Christopher Luxon has taken Act and New Zealand First at their word and tackled the “big rocks” of policy first, leaving the jewels in the crown - ministerial posts - till last. Luxon has made any further disagreements on policy a problem for Act and NZ First to sort out between each other.  Both Act and NZ First saw each other’s deals with National on Sunday night, and Luxon told reporters outside Auckland'...
