Precinct Properties has named construction group LT McGuinness as the lead contractor on its revamped, $305 million One Queen St redevelopment at the Auckland waterfront.The construction firm – which has worked on a number of inner city developments for Precinct and Wynyard Quarter developer Willis Bond – will work to a fixed price contract with completion pegged at the end of 2023.The office and hotel project, essentially the final part of Precinct’s $1 billion Commercial Bay precinct, will now feature a 139-room Intercontine...
