The nine-strong executive team at global marketer a2 Milk have sold more than $6 million worth of company shares to meet their tax obligations.Included in the on-market sales were 242,345 shares held by managing director and chief executive David Bortolussi, according to a disclosure notice to the NZX.Bortolussi sold the shares on Sept 15 and 16 for $2.48m, at prices of $10.23 and $10.25, to meet tax liabilities arising from the granting of long-term performance rights.He now holds 1.52m a2 Milk shares (1.28m in his family trust and 242,346 in...
