A2 Milk may be facing a second class action claim but says it is not aware of a suit being filed.A2 said in a statement to the NZX it acknowledged media reporting concerning a potential class action against the company that is apparently being investigated by Shine Lawyers, but has not been notified of any case.It would respond further “if and when any such legal proceedings are commenced”.Slater and Gordon Lawyers have already filed a claim in the supreme court of Victoria on behalf of shareholders who suffered losses when they bou...
