Blenheim-based seafood supplier Cloudy Bay Clams has been moved into receivership by Bank of New Zealand.The bank appointed Richard Nacey and John Fisk of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) as receivers of the business, its property and assets on Tuesday under the terms of the company's security agreements with BNZ.In February, the company indicated it had staved off liquidation proceedings by working with its landlord, Port Marlborough, to resolve unpaid debt, understood to be "a few hundred thousand dollars", for its commercial l...
