Blenheim contract winemaker VinLink Marlborough has agreed to buy Sacred Hill’s Marlborough business for an undisclosed sum.Sacred Hill receivers Rees Logan and Andrew McKay of BDO said they picked up the sale process the wine company started before their appointment on May 11 and agreed to sell the Marlborough business to VinLink once Property Law Act (PLA) notices – which give a borrower time to fix a loan default – expired.As part of the deal and to keep a lid on costs, the receivers agreed for VinLink to help manage the op...
