The New Zealand arm of dairy giant Yashili has been referred to the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment's enforcement unit after failing to file its accounts on time.It operates a processing site next to Synlait Milk’s North Island site in Pōkeno, south of Auckland, and its reporting entity, Yashili New Zealand Dairy Co Limited, is yet to file its financial statement for the 2023 year – despite being reminded multiple times.Overseas companies must file audited financial statements if their total assets are worth more...
