Dairy product prices rise, lifted by whole milk powder

by Margreet DietzDairy product prices increased at the Global Dairy Trade auction, as whole milk powder climbed to the highest level in nearly three years. The GDT price index rose 1.7 percent from the previous auction two weeks ago. The average price was US$3,481 a tonne, compared with US$3,446 a tonne two weeks ago.
