AgResearch subsidiary Grasslanz Technology has won the 2025 Science New Zealand Supreme Award. The awards were announced at the Beehive on March 12.The plant technology company has developed a fungal symbiont, or endophyte, called Epichloë, that protects ryegrass from insects and other health threats.
