A Lactalis Group-owned Auckland infant formula manufacturer has restructured its operations.New Zealand New Milk increased its revenue by 17% to $50.6 million in the 12 months to December last year, but its losses widened to $1.1m, from $534,500 the year prior.French-owned Lactalis bought NZ New Milk, as well as two other entities, in 2018 for $136.1m as part of its global acquisition of South Africa’s Aspen Pharmacare’s infant nutrition business worth €739.9m (NZ$1.4 billion).NZ New Milk is part of Sanulac...
