The structure behind Fonterra Co-operative Group’s consumer business divestment appears to be one step closer.Mainland Group Holdings Limited was registered on the Companies Office on April 1, following a name change of existing Fonterra entity New Zealand Milk (International).That entity is owned by Fonterra Equities, which in turn is owned by Fonterra Co-operative Group.Helen Moore and Grant Duncan are listed as its directors.A Fonterra spokesperson said the entity now named Mainland Group Holdings Limited was an entity in Fonterra&rsqu...
