The New Zealand Food Basket, a coalition of 17 New Zealand food and beverage exporters to China, has pressed the reset button on its business strategy. The group, which works with Alibaba's Tmall Fresh platform to market everything from Pure South lamb racks and Fjordland lobster to Kapiti ice cream and Pics Peanut Butter to Chinese consumers, held its soft launch last April.
