Olam Food Ingredients (Ofi) says it is on track to open its new plant in Tokoroa at the beginning of the 2023 season and has announced a new sustainability manager.Warren Landles joins Ofi from Miraka, where he held senior sustainability and on-farm excellence roles.The plant is being developed in stages, starting with a spray dryer with a capacity of one million litres of milk a day, capable of producing more than 45,000 tonnes of milk powder annually.When it's fully operational, the new plant is expected to generate 50 to 60 full-time job...
