Shanghai-based Super Organic Dairy has taken full control of New Zealand sheep milk supplier Maui Milk and all its units have been combined under one umbrella.Maui Milk is currently supplied by 13 farms, Since its formation six years ago it has been jointly owned by Super Organic Dairy and Māori farming trust, Waituhi Kuratau (WKT).The company said it is “moving into a growth phase, beyond the scope of WKT’s ability to fund, leading Super Organic Dairy to purchase WKT’s shares and combine all elements of the business unde...
