Supreme Court sides with Synlait over settled land dispute

New Zealand’s Supreme Court ruled in favour of Synlait Milk over historic land covenants at the company’s Pokeno site, although the dispute was settled last month.While that settlement is unconditional, “the court has nevertheless decided to deliver judgment.
