Synlait Milk saw its first farmer supplier withdraw their two-year cessation notice this week, and its chair hopes it is the start of many.On Wednesday, the newly capitalised dairy processor held its annual meeting at its Dunsandel site.It is the third time Synlait’s shareholders have met in the past six months, having had to vote on a shareholder loan from Bright Dairy in July and a $218 million capital raise in September, both of which went towards resetting the company’s balance sheet.Since then, it has lost its chief execut...
