A South Auckland family who thought they were shareholders in a venture to develop their half-acre section are facing eviction, after the business was liquidated and the property sold.Lua Akui and his partner, Anita Posimani, had a $300,000 mortgage on their $1.3 million Māngere East home when they signed an agreement with property developer Anthony Corin three years ago.But the entity that now owns 51 Yates Rd, Yates Community Development, was put into liquidation in September by its sole shareholder, a trust associated with Corin.The sale of...
