Fletcher Building's loss for the 2025 financial year has ballooned to $419 million, with a difficult trading environment and significant items blamed for the result.The loss was almost $200m more than the prior financial year, and managing director Andrew Reding said it had been one of Fletcher's most demanding years in recent memory.In June, the company warned its financial result would be hit by up to $781m of “significant items”.It improved on this figure and reported significant items of $702m for the year.These relate t...
