Agents see fewer first-home buyers

Real estate agents are reporting fewer first-home buyers in the market but more than half said they're still seeing fear of missing out and a net 32% are expecting house prices to rise.Economist Tony Alexander's latest survey had 289 responses and generally suggests the market has cooled.
