Argosy Property's distributable annual profit rose 13.7%

Argosy Property said annual net profit more than doubled because of revaluation gains while net distributable income rose 13.7%.Net profit for the year ended March rose to $241.7 million from $119.1m the previous year, with unrealised property revaluations contributing $157.7m, while net distributable income rose to $67.7m from $59.6m.Chair Jeff Morrison said the year was challenging because of the covid pandemic and the current year could still bring headwinds but Argosy's resilient financial and portfolio position places it well to manage...
