Arvida to ramp up build rate above 300 units annually

Arvida is planning to increase its build rate to more than 300 new units and care beds a year, although this year's target remains at between 200 and 250.But that will mean replenishing its land bank because the retirement village operator is near exhausting the development opportunities within its existing portfolio and is seeking new greenfields opportunities.The company wants to build its pipeline back up to about 1,800 units and beds over the next 18 months from 1,324 currently.Arvida delivered the first stage of its first greenfields d...
