Barfoot & Thompson says it added 1,994 new listings in March, with stock levels closing out the month at 4,816 – the highest number on its books in almost three years.Auckland's biggest realtor reported that sales numbers for March were at 1,180, up on February's 750 sales but down by a third from a year prior.
