Advances to Du Val statutory managers have topped $2.35 million and are set to rise a further $500,000 in the coming year, Budget documents show.Vote Business, Science and Innovation details the $2.2m advanced so far to PwC’s John Fisk, Stephen White and Lara Bennett “to achieve effectiveness of managing costs relating to the statutory managers of the Du Val Group”.The estimate of appropriations also shows $150,000 of fair value write-downs of advances and related expenses “arising from the recognition of the impaired va...
