The Comfort Group has been given approval for the first stage of its $1.2 billion Sleepyhead Estate manufacturing hub and residential community.Consent to start development at the 178 hectare site at Ohinewai, in North Waikato, was granted today under the government's fast-track consenting process.The first stage of the development, a foam factory, covers the construction of five buildings over a 38ha site.
