A deal has been struck to sell three Auckland daycares out of receivership.Jared Booth and Tony Maginness, of Baker Tilly Staples Rodway, were appointed receivers of Peacocks and Peacocks NZ by secured deed holder New Zealand Mortgages and Securities (NZMS) on June 30.Subsequently, the land, buildings and businesses of three childcare centres operating under the Peacocks Early Learning Centre brand were listed for a receivership sale by Bayleys. The centres, in the Auckland suburbs of Stonefields, Ellerslie and St Lukes, are licensed for b...
