Developer Neville Mahon has managed to avoid bankruptcy after being pursued in the high court at Auckland by a former friend.  Property developer Tim Edney sought Mahon’s bankruptcy after winning a court judgment against him for $831,885 in May 2020.Edney, who most recently funded Princes Street apartment block The International, started bankruptcy proceedings in September 2020.Mahon had delayed proceedings by disputing the amount owed to the court of appeal.He lost the appeal, but at a hearing in the high court at Auckland on June 7...
