The South Auckland build-to-rent (BTR) properties owned by the failed Du Val group have been sold, statutory managers PwC confirmed.The complexes at 2-6 May Road, Māngere East, and 69 McKenzie Road in Māngere Bridge have a total of 171 units between them and were held by the Du Val Build To Rent Limited Partnership.Due to confidentiality requirements, PwC could not provide details of the transaction that settled on May 30, but would elaborate further in its next statutory managers' report, due in September, a spokesperson said.Du Val was pl...
