An entity behind failed Auckland property developer Du Val’s flagship Lakewood Plaza project has not paid any of the $16.2 million it owes, a liquidators' report shows.The 151-unit Lakewood Plaza was a joint venture between Du Val and Downey Construction.The distinctive Manukau tower was completed in 2020 nearly two years late and the partners have been embroiled in a dispute over the cost overruns and delays since.The Government put 70 Du Val entities into statutory management on August 21.This includes Du Val Developments (now calle...
